Our set includes 2 x 5 resistance loop bands varying in difficulty:
- Red (Very Easy): 5mm Wide, 2.5kg - 10kg in Resistance Value
- Blue (Easy): 13mm Wide, 5kg - 15kg in Resistance Value
- Purple (Medium): 21mm Wide, 15kg - 30kg in Resistance Value
- Orange (Hard): 32mm Wide, 25kg - 45kg in Resistance Value
- Green (Very Hard): 45mm Wide, 35kg - 60kg in Resistance Value
Please note:
- This item is bulky and cannot be sent using an express courier. It has to travel by road or rail transit.
- It also cannot be picked up by the customer from our HQ.
